WHY SHOULD I PROVIDE MY REAL EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER WHEN I ORDER? I DON’T WANT SPAM.
Your information stays privately with us and we wouldn’t ever want to spam you. It’s important to have a way for our customer service team to contact you about your order so nothing surprising happens! Inaccurate credit card information is a finger’s slip away and occasionally your selection is so stellar that it’s on backorder. We also want to make sure you get our email confirmation as a record of the order. Working with customers makes us happy; we just need a way to keep the lines of communication open.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ITEM GET SHIPPED?
As soon as we get the item back in our warehouse, you will get an email letting you know your item was shipped. All backorder items are shipped UPS ground shipping, free of charge.

CAN I CHANGED OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
We generally process and prepare your order for dispatch immediately, so you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order as it could have already been dispatched. In this instance, you would have to return your order once you’ve received it, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

WHAT IS YOUR QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS REGARDING SNEAKERS?All products are guaranteed authentic and undergo rigorous quality controls across all attributes of a product (Box, colour, material, stitching, tag, sizing, manufacturing quality) before they are shipped to our customers.

We have many warehouses around the world, where we ship from depends on the availability of the items inside your order or your location.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
We do not offer tracking information with free shipping.
Paid shipping come with a tracking number (or link).
WHAT IS YOUR HANDLING TIME?
It depends on where you are. Due to high demand, it may take a little longer than usual to process orders, however most orders will go out within 2-7 business days.
